Every project begins with the conceptualisation and planning stage. Leveraging on our vast experience executing marine projects globally, we can assist our clients at any point during this stage - From ship inspection, design and concept planning, regulatory planning (meeting Maritime class requirements and applications), project timeline and resource mapping, budget planning, and sourcing for a project base through our network of yard partners. ICF Group provides turn-key tailored solutions and consultation on a global perspective, incorporating its own global offices presence and manpower to develop innovative solutions for its business partners
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our experienced project managers will be involved from the project pre-planning stage to handover and will oversee all aspects of the project, including material requisition, resource management, vendor management and also on-site project management once execution of installation works commence. ICF Group project team manages, coordinate and supervise every aspect of a project to ensure all activities are executed timely and accordingly.
INTERIOR DESIGN
With our specialist in-house team of designers, large and growing library of material samples and utilising the latest software including Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) programs developed in-house, we can work closely together with our clients and / or their designers / architects to develop professional design concept drawings and colour matching profiles.
ENGINEERING
Our Engineering expertise includes general arrangement and detail drawings, workshop and assembly drawings and provision of material profile and finishes which includes weight and stability checks and reports. We utilise the latest software such as Autocad, Sketchup, Autodesk Revit and Naviswork.
PRODUCTION
We have two purpose-built production facilities located in Singapore (Tuas) and Malaysia (Iskandar, Johor) to cater to our clients’ fabrication requirements. These facilities are both fully equipped for fabrication of fixed and loose furniture, metal works and accommodation modular units. We also have a network of partner fabrication specialists globally which can leverage on if required.

With over 30 years of experience in executing marine interior projects, we have developed a vast network of sourcing partners to secure the highest quality materials from Asia and Europe. We can recommend and source for specific products based on our knowledge and experience to cater to our clients’ customised requirements.
INSTALLATION
Our unique strength is our in-house installation team comprising project managers, supervisors, foremen and tradesmen. The average tenure of our installation team members is over 9 years and each member is cross-trained in at least 2 disciplines to maximise productivity. Based on our client’s requirements, we will tailor each project with a specialist installation team suited for the type of vessel and complexity of the project.
