Admin Assistant

  • To provide general clerical duties which includes but not limited to, answering phone calls, attends to all visitors, arrange for courier services, upkeep of office equipments, photocopying, faxing, scanning etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team
  • Assist in making travel-related arrangements for Project Team and Management
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Project Manager (Marine)

  • Review project specification
  • Liaise with design team on engineering and design issues
  • Prepare and plan project schedule and work flows
  • Project budgetary control
  • Inspection of projects as required
  • Attend project / production meeting with clients and resolve site issue

  • Review & understanding of all plans and specifications
  • Review & understanding all contract documents before tender/bidding of project & enquiry
  • Preview all materials take-off (MTO)
  • Revise on all suppliers prices (request quotation from subcontractors & vendors)
  • Estimating budget issues
  • Review all labor & materials cost for quotation
