Job Highlights

• Review project specification
• Liaise with design team on engineering and design issues
• Prepare and plan project schedule and work flows
• Project budgetary control
• Inspection of projects as required
• Attend project / production meeting with client and resolve site issue

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Raise VO and ensured that clients are been billed accordingly
• Preparation of quotations if required
• Planning of manpower requirement with operation manager
• Work delegation to the project engineers and supervisors
• Access and substantiate sub-cons and vendors’ claims for progress payment
• Issue TQR for technical clarification
• Preparation of risk assessments if required
• Enforce materials/consumables control for projects
• Prepared MTO or check on MTO prepared by QS

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Marine Engineering/Shipbuilding and offshore Engineering
• 5 years relevant experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
• MS Project and MS Office
• Knowledge in SOLAS & classification regulations
• Preferably possess a Class 3 driving license (Own Car)
