Moving quickly and reaching high can lead to instability and exhaustion if you do not have a strong foundation to support your rapid growth. This was the key takeaway from our Jenga session.
This activity gave ICF staff a one-hour break to de-stress and learn the best ways to work together as a team. Even if the blocks tumble, we’ll always have each other’s support and we can rebuild it with confidence.
Life is more than just a game, we do not have to be the winner. The most valuable things often come from the small moments throughout our journey of growth together.
