Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide administration work to project managers team
  • Provide administrative support to the project team
  • Assist in making travel-related arrangements for Project Team and Management
  • Assist in Inventory control (stationery, pantry beverage, toiletries supplies etc.)
  • Generate Works Order to Subcontractor
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive, flexible, diligent and well-organized
  • Independent, positive working attitude and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage
