Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administration work to project managers team
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Assist in making travel-related arrangements for Project Team and Management
- Assist in Inventory control (stationery, pantry beverage, toiletries supplies etc.)
- Generate Works Order to Subcontractor
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive, flexible, diligent and well-organized
- Independent, positive working attitude and able to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage
