Admin Assistant

  • To provide general clerical duties which includes but not limited to, answering phone calls, attends to all visitors, arrange for courier services, upkeep of office equipments, photocopying, faxing, scanning etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team
  • Assist in making travel-related arrangements for Project Team and Management
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required


Job details:


  • GCE ‘O’ Level and above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative and work with minimal supervision in a fast paced
  • Pleasant disposition with positive attitude and commitment
